How does your vending machine service work?We work with you to determine the best location(s) at your facility, the type of machine(s) and the product selection to meet your needs. Each client is different, so we take time to learn about your unique situation and how we can provide the best vending solution possible for you. We install the machine and keep it clean, functioning properly, and stocked with the snacks and beverages you love. We use remote monitoring software so we know real-time stock levels in the machine to ensure timely service. Stocking the machine with items your team or guests love is important to us. We track fast-movers and non-sellers to make sure your machine has the least amount of out-of-stocks between visits, and space isn't taken up by items nobody likes. The product layout is adjusted and updated regularly to make sure everyone has something they like. Our credit card readers work on cellular networks, so no Wi-Fi or ethernet connection is necessary.

Will it cost us anything to have a vending machine at our location? The only cost to you is the electricity to run the machine on a standard 15 amp circuit, which is no more than a typical refrigerator. We do not charge monthly fees for our vending services. If you choose to use our swipe cards as part of an employee rewards program, those costs will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the program.

What is a subsidy agreement and how can it benefit my employees?A subsidy agreement is a great way to give an extra perk to your team! Subsidy agreements can work in several ways, but they essentially reduce the cost of items in the machine for your employees so they don't have to pay as much. The business agrees to a certain subsidy amount per item, for example $0.50. That reduces a $1.50 item to $1.00 at the machine. Each month we would invoice for the number of items sold multiplied by the subsidy amount. If 200 items sold, the business would receive an invoice for $100. Another method is to provide "free vends" to your employees. The business can choose to subsidize the full cost of each item in the machine, or only certain items. If you want to promote healthier snack and beverage choices, you could subsidize the cost of fruit juices, protein drinks, baked chips, granolas, and similar items, while traditional snacks and beverages would remain at regular price. Contact us today if you'd like to provide your team with an awesome perk by subsidizing items in your vending machine!

Do we need to sign a contract? We do not require a contract to place a machine in your facility. Our goal is to build a relationship with you and your team, and like any lasting relationship it must be built on trust. We hope to earn your trust by listening to your needs, resolving any issues quickly, and providing outstanding service. If we fail to deliver on these goals, you have every right to end our relationship and find another vendor.
